MILUS MEREA TRIRETROGRADE SECONDS SKELETON JOAILLERIE
The latest in the Merea line for women takes its name from the star Mira, whose brightness varies regularly. This divine bejeweled edition with sparkling brilliant-cut diamonds and pink sapphires is enchantingly united with its mechanical perfection. Its mesmerizing feature is the stunning dial, breathtakingly inset with white diamonds and pink sapphires. The exquisite embellishment elegantly extends from the dial onto the bezel, bracelet attachment elements and crown providing a myriad of ethereal light effects.
Oval, lightly curved sapphire crystal reveals the striking perspectives of the dial in three layers. The movement base has circular graining decoration. The second level is coated with an iridescent mother-of-pearl layer conjuring up a discreet inter-play of colour. The final layer is where precious white diamonds and pink sapphires adorn the dial.
HERIOS TriRetrograde Seconds Skeleton with Cloisonné Enamel Dials
Inspired by Hercules to symbolize courage, stamina and strength, this limited edition honours the unique art of enamelling and the exceptional function of the retrograde seconds display. The dial is uniquely and painstakingly created by hand with cloisonné enamelling making the colours exceptionally vibrant for centuries. At the heart of the dial is the round silver coloured inner zone, in which the juxtaposition of the three seconds display sectors is excitingly eye-catching. Skeleton hours and minutes hand allow a view of the three blued retrograde seconds hand that jump back in 20-second rhythm. Positioned in three separate circle segments at 6,10 and 12 o'clock, they work in 'flying relay' clockwise. Jewellery Time 2008 will introduce four different designs in the range. The Kamasutra and Bird of Heaven models feature an 18-carat white gold case inlay with brilliant-cut white diamonds (~3.07 carats) with vintage looking black alligator strap. The Four Seasons model features an 18-carat red gold case with brilliant-cut white diamonds matched by an alligator black strap. The Theater model comes in 18-carat red gold case with brilliant-cut white diamonds fitted with a brown alligator strap.

A wonderful visual of lightness and being, the 18-carat red gold case is set with brilliant-cut white diamonds with a white alligator strap. The dial unites mechanical perfection and stylish design with a playful ethereal lightness with red gold Arabic numerals. At the heart of the watch is the round, silver skeleton inner zone from the dial where three seconds display provide a 'flying relay' performance. The inner zone allows a view of two hand-engraved red gold supporting elements. The round, convex sapphire crystal viewing window at the back offers a glimpse of the fascinating movement and skeleton oscillating rotor with the Milus logo.
